New Hobbit-style park
A new Hobbit-styled park is underway in Plymouth England’s Devenport Park. The £3m park will feature different areas for different ages: “The Highlands will have a playhouse, nest swing and toddlers’ carousel, while the Middlelands will include climbing ropes and a zip-wire.
“A youth pod for chilling out will be based in the Lowlands and a sensory garden will be planted with aromatic plants and herbs for adults. “

This sounds really cool! wish it were here in USA
Wow, that’s awesome! It does make you wonder why this stuff never happens in the US. 🙁
I agree with the previous 2 posts. There is no Middle Earth in middle Georgia, which is where I live. So sad. 🙁
I, too, am sad there’s nothing like it in the USA, but let’s look on the bright side- it gives us another reason to visit Tolkien’s home country!
All US residents should be happy they live there as they get to enjoy most of the best events, competitions and celebrations organized … not to mention Comic Con and the like.
So I guess, it’s time for Europe (or especially England) to enjoy some Tolkien delight! 🙂
