In an interview at MTV Richard Taylor, of Weta Workshop, talks about the forthcoming movies of The Hobbit. He reveals that so far they have not started fully on pre-production and are in the design phase.
He comments; “it’s fantastic to think that we’re going to be able to develop the dwarves to such a higher degree … the richness of their culture. The fact that through so many different dwarfs, you’ll get to appreciate their cultural differences, where they come from, them as a people”.
In this short video interview at itn Ian McKellen reveals that he’s glad to be back as Gandalf. He says that The Hobbit is a film that deserves to be made and the Gandalf is with him every day.
