Will I be able to see the new format 48 FPS Hobbit?
Although ‘The Hobbit; There and Back Again’ was filmed at 48 frames per second, according to this report in Variety most theaters will be showing a stepped down 24 fps version of the film.

I DEFINITELY want to see it in 48fps!
It’ll probably be shown in IMAX at 48 fps, and on blu ray. But most theatres don’t have cameras that can show pictures that fast…….glad I live close to an IMAX
