Compared to the three books that come after it, The Hobbit is relatively slim at 300 pages. So, how, Lord of the Rings fans wonder, is Peter Jackson going to turn it into three movies, especially when the first one, An Unexpected Journey, is due to clock in at two hours and 40 minutes?

Haha – I thought it was serious until I read the bit about him baking cakes in real time until golden brown…
I also took it seroiusly at first. Then you realize it is a little tongue in cheek parody. Looking forward to seeing The Hobbit as only Peter Jackson can do.
