By now everyone is aware of the passing, Sunday morning, of Sir Christopher Lee.
As a Tribute to his work on The Hobbit and Lord of The Rings Films we present this link to a clip of him preparing for a scene in The Hobbit, and Peter Jackson’s Facebook statement on the loss of a truly incredible actor can be found here .
Known for his role in The Lord of the Rings trilogy as the wizard Saruman, among many other acting roles, RIP Christopher Lee. Read more here .

According to New York Daily News writer Nicole Hensley, a nine-year-old boy was suspended from school for claiming to have the One Ring forged in the fires of Mount Doom, and telling a friend that he could ‘make him disappear.’
The boy, Aiden Steward of Kermit, Texas, had seen ‘The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies’ just days earlier. While the school principal refused to comment, citing confidentiality policies, the boy’s father, Jason Steward, called the school’s actions “ridiculous.”
This is not the first time Aiden has gotten in trouble at school. He has already been suspended three times this school year, once for referring to a classmate as black, and again for bringing his favorite book ‘The Big Book of Knowledge’ to school because the book had a section on pregnancy, complete with illustrations.
