Tolkien’s WW1 Revolver to go on Display

The Webley Mk V revolver issued to Second Lieutenant J.R.R, Tolkien when he went to France and was posted to the 11th Battalion, The Lancashire Fusiliers is about to go on display in Manchester UK. Details of the exhibit, at IWM North,a part of Imperial War Museums, can be found here.
