Bregolas was one of the First House of the Edain, the son of Bregor and the brother of Barahir. His two sons were Belegund and Baragund.

He was slain in the defence of Dorthonion during the Dagor Bragollach, fighting alongside the Elf-lords Angrod and Aegnor.
