The sea along the coastline of the Blessed Realm that contained the Enchannted Isles. The sea was created during the Hiding of Valinor, when the Pelóri were raised and the Enchanted Isles set into the Sea.

The Shadowy Seas were full of twilight and darkness due the shadow of the Pelóri falling over them.
