Walda was the twelfth King of Rohan and the third king of the second line. He was the son of Brytta.

Walda was only King of Rohan for nine short years. He and all of his companions were slain as they were trapped by Orcs on the mountain
paths returning from Dunharrow.

He was succeeded by his son Folca.
