In the mists of time there lies a land
That worthy men have roamed
Written by a master’s hand
It was there I found my home

Through shady grove and grassy glen
My hairy feet did wander
And released my heart from iron pen
When its spell he put me under

And many friends did there I meet
Together we would laugh and smile
Though many perils we had to meet
It was well worth the trials

And in this land now lays my heart
For reality’s grip I have broken
And from it I cannot bear to be apart
For it has given life’s eternal token

And if you should ask
What is this land
Truly will I answer you
It is Tolkien’s Middle-Earth that my imagination found
