Hi Carson Redwine, welcome. If you feel the need for a newbie-buddy, this is the right thread. But you didn't really mention that, your post looked more like an introduction (albeit short ). If that was indeed the purpose of your post, you should perhaps introduce yourself properly in the appropriate thread: the Newbies Introduction Thread.

Yes, pm stands for private message. If you'll look at the menus on the upper left side, just above where you click to 'logout' you'll see 'view message box'. Click on that, and it will open the pm section. Look for 'new message', click on that and then write the name of the person you'd like to contact. Be sure you spell it correctly and with Caps and low case letters as listed. It's case sensitive so if you don't spell it correctly, it won't work.

Hi Lethryl, if you are looking for a general CoE buddy, you are posting in the right forum. But if you want a study buddy for Quenya, I suggest reposting your request in the Quenya forum. The learners of Quenya may not be browsing this particular forum which is meant for general newbie introductions and not languages. Good luck with learning Quenya!
