Hi yesitsjess26. To find a study buddy, you'd better head over to the Languages forum . There's a thread there specifically for that type of buddy, to help you with Quenya.

Hi!
I'm new to this site and don't really know where to start or how to post, I would love a newbie buddy!

Also, what exactly does a newbie buddy do? Do I just PM them whenever I have a question? Thank you!
