Hello, frodofan14.

Here's a link to the Sindarin Accent chart. What you do need to be aware of, however (though someone might know more) is that the numeric keypad must be used. It doesn't work with laptops that only have the numbers at the top of the keyboard.

Something I find easier, especially if you have a laptop, is just copy and paste this list into a Word document, then when you need the accented letter, bring up the Word doc and copy and paste the letter into your post.

It also works to put it in a PM to yourself and keep it in your PM box. That way you can access it if you aren't at your own computer but are logged on. But I include the Alt #'s for reference:

ä – 132
à – 133
á – 160
â – 131

ë – 137
è – 138
é – 130
ê – 136
É – 0201

ï – 139
ì – 141
í – 161
î – 140

ö – 148
ò – 149
ó – 162
ô – 147

ü – 129
ù – 151
ú – 163
û – 150

ñ – 164
ÿ – 152
© – 0169
¢ – 155
º – 167

Did you know that at one time the ¢ sign was on the typewriter but was removed when we moved to computer keyboards?
