Hi there! My friend sent me this and i'd really like to know what it says. I'm not sure if it's Quenya, Sindarin, or just Elvish gibberish.

It's gibberish when trying to read it as Tengwar.

But it's a common error, someone installed one of the Dan Smith fonts for Tengwar and typed an English sentence as if these fonts can be used like any other font. This is however not the case, you need a conversion programme like: http://tengwar.art.pl/tengwar/ott/start.php?l=en
