This is the usual misuse of the Dan Smith-fonts. The letters in these fonts are not in the normal alphabetic order but in the order of the table Tolkien made.
People who don't know this, intall one of these fonts and type an English word. Afterwards they change the font to a tengwar-font. But as you can imagine this renders a lot of rubbish.
