Post Tegwar for Olwe?

How would you write Olwe in Tegwar? I know there are different systems, but Olwe has two vowels, front and back! Confusing for a beginner...

First, the letters are called tengwar with a G.
And you put the o at the start of the word on a short carrier, the final e is put on the w.
