Oh shut up. It’s just a scene from the movie and Aragorn loves Eowyn in a PLATONIC way. It’s sweet.
but aragorn in the TTT was very very “gentlemen” with eowyn, i mean it seened that he was forgetting arwen…
…….but in the rotk when he talked with elrond he said “IT IS BUT A SHODOW AND A TOUGHT …”bla,bla..so
i think aragorn felt atract to eowyn in a way……..

That to me does not look like a friendship hug! The look on Aragorn’s face is what you look like to lean in
kiss someone! WHAT THE HECK TO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING ARAGORN? In TTT, it seems to me that he’s totally
forgotten Arwen – the flashbacks don’t mean a thing to me, although I enjoyed watching both of them. He
doesn’t come to his senses until Elrond tells him that Arwen was dying and still in Rivendell, waiting……..
this is when Aragorn arrives AFTER helms deep, she runs at him and hurls her arms around him. No kissing.
you’re absolutely right, LadyEowyn. Tolkien makes it clear in his letters that 1. Eowyn only loved Aragorn
as a soldier would his captain, and several times talks about Eowyn’s MISTAKEN love for Aragorn. 2, Aragorn
only felt pity, friendship and respect for Eowyn. Sorry P.J., no love triangle here.
