This is what I thought Frodo would look like after he went onto the Grey Havens.
Awesome! This is when Gollum sees Frodo as an elf-lord, if I’m not mistaken. I love that part!
I mistook him for a she-elf or a she-something for that matter! But he does look pretty.

What exactly a dress is depends on culture…pants are rather new in the grand scheme of things.
