I personally think it’s Fëanor – this elf strikes me as batpoo crazy, whereas Maedhros always struck me
as sort of…you know…sane. It’s the lighting and tones of the picture that make his hair look red.

The red hair makes it Maedhros …. Feanor was dark haired.
