The blond guy on the right is certainly Finrod, since Finarfin stayed in Aman.
Finrod seems to like to hang out with his little sis, until she gets married at least.

OH thank god you’ve painted him with dark hair! Some people depict Fingolfin as blonde, dark seems to suit him
