Ingredients
2 boxes cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds is very good)1 cup milk
One egg
One cup sugar
2 tbsp. honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.Blend cereal and milk in blender until it reaches runny pulp consistency. Pour into large mixing bowl with other ingredients. Mix well until smooth. Pour into 9" by 13" jellyroll pan.
Bake until very crisp, almost burnt. Dwarves like it that way.

Cereal boxes…Meaning the cereal inside right? That’s a bit confusing…
Isn’t cram made by men? In The Hobbit, they recieve cram from the Lake-Men. Yeah, and also, are Honey Bunches of Oats cereal boxes any different than normal ones?

I think that it means the cereal IN the boxes… but considering how bad Gimli made them out to be, I could almost see cardboard as an ingredient! lol 😉
I would like to make this for a LOTR club meeting that I am hosting, but I don’t what they mean by “two cereal boxes”. Blend into a runny pulp makes me think that you use the boxes not the cereal. Could someone please enlighten me? (I’m an Elf, so Dwarvish recipes do not make sense to me!)
*~ Umm…do you mean put the boxes AND the cereal in the blender? Because if you mean put ONLY the cereal in the blender, then that makes more sense (and it sounds like it will taste better)~*

I made this last week and it came out delicious. And just to clear things up, you only use the cereal IN the box.
I thought that recipie was good, but could have been better. It was tasty though! And easy, which counts a lot in my book.

Think about it the term used is ‘2 boxes cereal’ NOT ‘2 cereal boxes’ it’s kind of obvious. Don’t you think?
yeh just to back up Kingdom Warrior it does say 2 BOXES cereal not 2 cereal boxes. But just 4 the record cram is made mythe Lake-men of Esgaroth (it’s in there and back again [the Hobbit])
