Ingredients
1L de bouillon de volaille1 kg de pommes
1 cuillère à café de persil frais haché
1 cuillière à café de mente fraiche hachée
1 pincée de cannelle en poudre
1 pincée de gingembre séché en poudre
Instructions
Nettoyer et peler les pommes.Les couper en huit morceaux. Les faire cuire dans le bouillon pendant 30 minutes. Passer au mixer.
Ajouter les épices au moment de servir.

1 spoon freshly chopped parsley
1 spoon fresshly chopped mint leaves
1 pinch powdered cinnamon
1 pinch dried powdered ginger
Wash and peel apples. Cut them into eight pieces each. Cook them in the broth for 30 minutes, mixing occasionally. Add spices at time of serving.
