Prep Time: Prep: 6 minutes Bake: 15 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening
3/4 cups milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.Combine first 3 ingredients; cut in shortening with a pastry blender until
mixture is crumbly. Add milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and knead lightly 3 or 4 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.

they were really good. I forgot to roll them out thick enough, but they were good, even when they were thin, lol

Alright. I make these things all the time, but not because of this recipe. I apologize to the poster, but I am tired of people just taking recipes that they find lying around in cookbooks and call them their own. ARGH!!!
Anyway, they are good biscuits, though you really only need 1/4 of shortening.
