The wait is over! ROTK Trailer debuts on Official Site
That’s right! The Official Site has the full two and a half minute Return of the King Trailer available for download. You can choose either to watch it online, or download it in one of three sizes. Quicktime is required for viewing the trailer.

Does anyone know where I can download a NON-quicktime version? Perferably one that’s viewable on Windows Media Player?
Thanks, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
Oh.
My.
Goodness.
Gracious.
Goosebumps, nose to knees.
Oh.
No words really suffice…
*hits chest in vain attempt to get heart to start beating again*
That was, for lack of a better word, bloody brilliant!
*sighs* December 17th seems so far away…..
Oh great, now I’m going to be holding my breath until December 17th. Good lord, I don’t know if I can wait. I’ve already watched this trailer 17 times. Well, probably only about 140,000 more times til RotK is here! π
Holy @&#*ing ^$#%!
*tries to stop hand from shaking to play it again*
I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL DECEMBER 17!!!! =D
And Shelob…
This is the best version yet. Crisp, clear, almost full screen, and it didn’t take an hour to download! Yay π
no words…
oh wow oh wow!!!! this is so exciting!!! watching this trailer, I swear got my little baby to be kickin! can’t wait till Dec. 16th. I’ll be 6.5 months Preggers, and baby’s gonna get their first HUGE dose of LOTR!!!!
I was beathless after just seening the trailer and it only was 2 and a half min. I don’t know what I’m going to be like for the hole movie. The people that will be with me are going to keep say, ” Breath, come on hobbitmom, Breath. Almost like Gimli saying to himself. “Breath, you got to Breath.”as he was running after Aragorn and Legolas. I keep going back to the site to watch it. That was getting old so I went and down loaded it on my PC. Can now watch it any time. I lost my breath when Shelob showed up. Pulled my chair away from the computer. When they showed Sam screem “NOOOO”, I cryed. December 17th. is never going to get here. Ahhhhhh. π
I love that trailer! I would watch it all day long if I needed to! I loved it so much. Specally at the end, with Sam screaming! I cannot wait till December.
oh my god i cried the first sixteen times i watched it and felt like crying the next thirty three. it was so moving…..
I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cried after finding it!! OMG!!!!! So sad for Arwen…They made Shelob too small.
OMG OMG OMG OMG! I WATCHED IT 20 TIMES IT WAS SO COOL! SO SO SO COOL! I CAN NOT WAIT TILL DECEMBER 17TH OMG SO AWESOME! THIS IS GONNA BE THE BEST MOVIE I WILL EVER SEE IN MY LIFE!
77 days and 5 hours left!!!
Ok, my friends already think…or know…that I’m a tad, um, fascinated with LOTR since I tend to talk in elvish. But after holding my breath for almost 2.5 minutes during each viewing of the trailer (amazing in itself), I’m starting to train these friends of mine on how to KEEP me breathing occasionally during the 3 hour movie!
Based on all our comments here at CoE, I still believe that they should have special breathing machines ready at the theater for us true LOTR fans….Hang in there guys!
I agree, le1anneau, since I FINALLY saw the trailer! It was really hard to breathe. When I saw and heard Sam at the end going “Nooo!” I gave up on breathing all together and was content with just gawking at my screen.
Looks like I’ll be needing boxes of tissue and tanks of oxygen…..but i think everyone else in the theatre will too
OmG!!!! That trailer is Amazing!!!!!
And I love the frame by frame insights! They’re Great π !
