Post Sideshow - any delivery problems?

Mr Mhairi recently (i.e. before Christmas) ordered me a 'Black Rider' and a 'Fell Beast' from Sideshow. He had to order from the US because the European distributors were sold out of both.

We've been waiting ever since for some kind of order confirmation but with little success and the figures (obviously) have yet to arrive.

I just want to check if anyone else in Europe, ordering from Sideshow in the US, has encountered problems with delivery and if so, how it was resolved.

I know that Fell Beast is now sold out, but it was in stock in the States when Mr Mhairi placed the order, so I don't see that this should be a factor.

Any advice gratefully received.

PS We have been in touch with Sideshow by email to no avail. If all else fails and we have had no communications by tomorrow, we will call them but, ooh, expensive!!! Thought you guys might be able to advise...
