Post Project #1: New Realm Sceptre Image

Greetings!

Recently the Sceptre has gone through a reinvention so we decided we also needed a new Sceptre as well. Several of the realms have put their heads together and this is what we have come up with....

Okay, so the scepter race is sort of an inter-realm contest, where each of the realms vies to "win" Illuvatar's scepter. The winning realm gets to keep the scepter image in their signature lines for a 3 month period, and then the race begins again. In the past the scepter was awarded to the realm with the most points won in 3 months. However, the race is going through a bit of a revamping right now, so the rules have changed. To highlight the change, the moderators decided it would also be good to have a new image for the scepter, so that's what this is about. Once the scepter image has been selected the new race will begin, but no word has come out on what that will be yet. Keep your eyes peeled!

The poll closes on December 31st and the winning image is announced. Then the new project will be announced on January 1st to begin the New Year...
