We still have a drive-in theater not too far from my house. It is called the Silver Moon drive-in.

Only if I hear them before I see them, which limits it to helicopters and very rare low-flying single-engined planes. But limited visibility (buildings) means I do not see everything I hear.

TNP wakes up (or gets up, not the same thing!) later than 6:00 AM.

Why does it have to be a fantasy world? It is just non-Tolkien. Let's see....1860's, United States, Georgia, Civil War is looming. You are clever, you csn think of something or what if they live on the Moon or under the sea?
