Time for a new start.

The rules are as follows:

1. There is a seven-day maximum for all penalties, and all penalties will end at midnight, local time, on the date selected by the Smauger.

2. A player who has been Smauged once, may be Smauged again, but they have the choice to add the second penalty to the current one, or defer it until the first penalty is served.

Once a player has been Smauged twice, he or she cannot be Smauged again until one, or both, penalties have been served.

3. There can be no penalties requiring modifications of avatars, or signatures.

4. The two posts immediately following a "Smaug" must be "Hobbit".

Once "Hobbit" has been posted twice, you do not have to automatically post "Smaug" unless you wish to penalise the player above you.

I have moved the the last five posts of the previous game to the new game.

Does this have something to do with my talking about drinking (or lack thereof) on the Predictions Thread, or when I Smauged you using Bilbo's bath-song? Perhaps even the "despair" mentioned in your Smaug?
