Well, certainly not in Pelargir. And I doubt that Osgiliath ever got snow like that. And anyway, it looks too much like a village somewhere, and I would think of her as very much of a big-city b*tch.

The cat in TAAM looks appropriately thick-furred for the weather conditions.
