Wow, there are so many fellow Canadians here! I feel so not alone (haha)!

I live in the GTA, in Markham, which is about half an hour's drive from Toronto.

Is anyone going to the Toronto Future Shop screening of ROTK? If any of you are, I think we should all meet up or something! Feel free to PM me

It's been raining pretty heavily here, and I called Future Shop and it looks like they're still going to hold the screening, but they recommend you bring umbrellas.

Another Vancouverite here, and Roheryn, I promise to vote on a location for the August meetup - I think we should go ahead with it even if there "aren't enough members", just to get started.

I'll echo Roheryn's earlier comment to sign up at the meetup boards, lotr.meetup.com

It'd be good to meet folks from nearby rather than resorting to trips to Seattle to hang with Ringers!

I'd love to drive up to Toronto from Windsor and meet a few other COE members ( if you can handle the presence of a silly old hobbit) .
If that goes well I'll invite everyone to come down to Windsor to my little house sometime after it warms up (in the spring or summer)-for a barbecue ( and a swim if its hot) and a LOTR EE Marathon.

We need to pick a place and a date. Any weekend is good for this hobbit. I'd be happy if we all just met for lunch or dinner and coffees.

I'll also be glad to pick up a few people on my way to Toronto (note that I drive an SX2.0 -used to be called a Neon- and can only carry 3 plus me)
