Serves: depends on how many you are
Prep Time: The time it takes to thaw the fish, peel potatoes,
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
1 lb trout/salmon filles per grown man or elf1 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 eggs
salt
1 cup half-n-half per lb fish
Potatoes
Instructions
Start boil the potatoes. Mix breadcrumbs and salt. Turn the fish in the eggs and the breadcrumbs until the filles are covered. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown. Pour half-n-half in the frying pan and let boil for four minutes. Watch carefully so the half-n-half doesn't get burned. The half-n-half is used as sauce. Milk can be added if the sauce seems to be too thick. Serve immediately with boiled potatoes.
