Ingredients

3 cans champignon mushrooms, drained
2/3 cup butter
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
Garlic
Salt and pepper



Instructions

Using a toothpick, prick the top and sides of each mushroom.

Add a little salt and pepper to butter. Melt over low heat to prevent butter from scorching. Add garlic and saute until golden brown.

Add mushrooms to seasoned butter. Stir gently with wooden spoon at least 5 minutes until they're quite toasty. Remove from heat.

Melt cheese over low heat or in double boiler. Dip toasted mushrooms into melted cheese until well-coated, and arrange on serving platter.
