Ingredients
1 8oz container sour cream3 bell peppers (green, red, or yellow)
1 or 2 hot peppers (optional) (any kind)
3 green onions
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp dill
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt (to taste)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Dice peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Toss together in medium bowl. In larde mixing bowl blend sour cream, dill, garlic, and cheese. Gently fold in pepper mix. Top with additional cheese if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Goes great with tortilla chips!
