Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cocoa
4 cups miniature marshmellows

Topping:
1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups crunchy rice cereal (rice crispies)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa; add to creamed mixture. Spread in greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle marschmellows over top of cake; return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Using a knife dipped in water, spread melted marshmellows evenly over cake.
While cake is cooling, make topping by combining chocolate, butter, and peanut butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until completely melted. Stirr in rice cereal, spread over cake. Chill in freezer or refrigerator until the topping sets.
