Description: A sweet version of the cream of pumpkin soup.

Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin mix1/2 cup half & half
1 tsp. allspice or nutmeg, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/2 cup honey (clover preferred)
1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and puree in blender just until mixed well. Do not overblend.Heat to 180 degrees or a low boil (use a candy thermometer to check temperature). Stir occasionally to keep from scorching.
Reduce to a simmer; cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before serving.

tried this recipe out ws absolutely gorgeous!!!!! went down a treat with the oldies! if have any more ideas for soups please keep me posted!!!
