Personality: Andartariel is only known to the elves and a few close friends under that name all others know her as Vashti. Difficult to provoke to anger her wrath when it descends leaves no doubt that she is daughter of Mithrandir. She has inherited her father's determination but not his belief in the good of people. From her mother she was given a quick tongue and the Valar bequeathed her with her stunning beauty.
Appearance: Vashti has long auburn hair highlighted with golden glints from the sun. Her green eyes reflect her moods ranging from a blue-green to a yellow-green. Although over 4000 years old she appears to be about 22. She wears her father's elven ring of power.
History:
Gandalf loved the daughter of one of the Valar who became his wife. When he came to Middle Earth she remained across the sea along with their daughter Andartariel. But as the years went by Andartariel wanted to go and join her father finally her mother agreed and sent her with Cirdan the shipwright to Middle Earth. She met Elrond’s brother Earindil and fell in love with him. But when he was given he chose mortality she turned from him unwillingly to give up her mortality. She apprenticed with Saruman the White and tried to warn her father of his turning to the dark side but he did not believe her. She formed a friendship with Armessala the youngest Istari in the White Council and often roams middle earth in his company.
