Nasssty greedy (censored) un-Tolkiens. I wonder, is it more money Tolkien estate wants? I may understand refusing the production of some stupid comercial. But once they took money for film rights they should allow the creation of film production museum. According to The Dominion Post article even Wellington City Council petitioned them for this permission. I think that Tolkien himself would never refused creating such exhibition. After all those visiting such exhibition would not do it because it is a film (any studio would do) but because it is LORD OF THE RINGS.
