Imagine – it was Basil Blackwell *and* Tolkien’s home! Do you suppose some multimillionaire fan might buy it for a Tolkien museum?
If I had money, i would probably buy the house and live there 😉
I think it would be wonderful if someone could turn it into a museum or a memorial dedicated to his memory.
yeah…if i had $2.5 i would buy it…but NOOOO…..i dont have that kinda $$
Just think, to be able to walk in the rooms that Mr. Tolkien walk. To be able to sit in the study were He wrote the Hobbit and much of LOTR, and also read it to his children.That would be awesome. I would love to have that house. Ohhh, to Dream!
