Serves: Lots (6-8) of hungry Bree folks to keep them satisfied until dinner.
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes including broiling
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
1 cup extra sharp shredded cheddar1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan
1/8 teaspoon Beaumond
2 small celery stalks finely chopped
6 green onion stalks chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
Enough Mayonnaise to be spreadable
1 loaf French bread sliced into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices
Instructions
Lightly mix all ingredients but do not over mix. Spread on bread slices and place on cookie sheet. Broil on low until bubbly. Be sure to keep an eye on them!

I need to know…what is Beaumond? Where might I find this? I’d like to try this recipe, but have never heard of that. Thanks. Sounds like a really yummy recipe though!
