Serves: Varies on size of noodles
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
2 egg yolks1 tsp. lard (shortening works too)
2 tbsp. cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
Combine all the above ingredients. Add a little flour to make dough stiff enough to handle but not too much, or it will be too dry. Roll out, and here is where you can have fun! You can either choose to use a noodle maker or cut them by hand. I think that the hand cut ones taste absolutely delicious! You will need to let the noodles dry out. After they are dry you can put them in ANY type of soup that uses broth. You will need to use them immediatly, or you can put them in a freezer bag and freeze them, but don't leave them for long. They taste better fresh. And finally: ENJOY!

Does this recipe need some kind of flour added?
Totally agree, don’t you need flour for pasta?
Actually, if you read the Instructions, you’ll see that there *is* flour called for. 🙂
Looks great! I’m going to have to try those soon. Thanks for posting this!
I think they’re talking about flour in the actual recipe.
The flour you pointed out is only to make sure the dough doesn’t stick.
