Doesn’t look much like Faramir… but actually, it is possible it is him… v. slight resemblance.
The hair color is wrong.
all colours are wrong (poor quality) but I think it´s him due to the eyes/nose/mouth lines…
Look somewhat like Isildur
Oo, is that water in the background? A bit of the Anduin, maybe?
And I see a little light hair. Might be Faramir. Need to see the nose better. 😉

I agree, it looks a lot like Isildur! But then, I guess its hard to say, you can only see a bit of their face!

THAT is not Faramir! Faramir’s hair is wavy, and in this pic this man’s hair is REALLY curley
