That is the best drawing of Feanor I have come across. I like this artist!
I totally agree, BoromirsBabe. This artist really knows how to draw elves! This is just absolutely wonderful!!
I totally agree! I’ve never really heard of these people, but they’er very well drawn!
Wow! Thats just perfect of Feanor – fantastic!!
He’s so bloody beautiful – and rightfully should be so. ^^ Very well done.
*loves and cuddles this entire series of portraits and the artist behind it*
Brilliant drawing….spooky eyes though, very spooky eyes
Ivanneth
Is great
Dude doesn’t look too happy, does he?
whoa! this is good! still not exactly as i pictured him, but i must say, its amazing….i like this artist!
morwen, he wasn’t too happy. read the sil. this is excellent, but i’d like a slightly darker look to him…
WOW. Ivanneth is so totally awesome. *is stunned by the beauty of Feanor*
THAT is really Feanor!!
It’s beautiful, but he looks too serene to be Feanor IMO.
Loving the whole series, this one has less expression, though.
Great pic. Slightly more how I’d picture Caranthir, rather than Feanor.
He is melancholic enough to suit Feanor… quite stern and serious, too. What a great hand, this artist!
My goodness! This is incredible!!!
these series of drawings are absolutely breathtaking! Bravo for portraying Tolkien’s most intriguing family!
I especially like this depic of Fëanor, as the artist has captured the beauty of his elven heritage…
Though he could be a bit darker or more fiercly looking.
Wonderful! That IS Feanor in my mind.
his eyes are perfect- so clear. I love it.
he looks so determined – exactly as I’ve imagined him to be….
Applause to whoever has been turning these out! They are so true to the character of elves; something pensive
and a sense of proud nobility traced with sorrow. Keep up the good work!
didn’t Feanor have red hair of was that just Maedhros
Only Maedhros, and to some extent, the twins, had reddish-brown hair. Fëanor had black hair.
Also, Nerdanel had reddish hair, of course — that’s where Maedhros and the twins got it from.
The look on his face is very much in keeping with the character Feanor
The look in his eyes are really expressing his fire inside!
The eyes in combination with the blue shades makes this picture trully chilly
Just like I imagined him. And in Ivanneth’s works you can see that the sons surely remind of their father.
Quite lovely! I love the rest of the pics too!

This is the perfect Feanor.
The hair is wonderfully done! A masterpiece!
Wow. I have to agree there is something about it that makes it perfect. That beautiful black flowing hair.
Beautiful. He almost looks Pre-Raphaelite, if you are familiar with that style.
He looks so Feanorish – beautiful, determined (or stubborn!); this is definitely the perfect Feanor!
he’s not as handsome as I imagine him, but this drawing is awesome!
