Lugbúrz was the name of Barad-Dûr, the Dark Tower and stronghold of Sauron, in the Black Speech.

It was a name used chiefly by Orcs and Sauron's forces of evil, as the Black Speech was their own language. We can assume that Sauron probably called his fortress by the same name
