The River Celebrant was also called the Silverlode in common speech (in Khûzdul, Kibil-nâla). The Celebrant was a river that flowed from the Misty Mountains through Azanulbizar and Lothlórien and out into the River Anduin.

The Fellowship of the Ring followed the course of the Celebrant to Lothlórien after the fall of Gandalf.
