We went away to far lands
Where magic lives free
And all the way to the sands
That border the sea.

We went with wizards and elves
And dwarves and men.
We traveled hills and forest and
Mountains and marsh to the end.

We went with fear and excitement
And courage and a bit of hope.
We had some trouble, but
It turned out alright in the end.

And now we’re back, safe and sound
With all sorts of tales and memories
Of wonder and mystery and beauty
And hope and, at last, peace and joy.
