Where o where can my Haldir be?
The Valar took him away from me
He’s gone to Mandos so I got to be good
So I can see my Haldir when I leave Middle Earth

We were at a war in Helm’s Deep
Theoden told us to turn back to the keep
There in his path,right behind
A Uruk was hiding, pretending to have died
I couldn’t stop him,try as I might
I’ll never forget the sight that night
Sliced open arm,a sword in the back
The dying gasp that I heard last

Where o were can my Haldir be?

When I looked back,with tears streaming down
There were Uruks runnning all around
Though hurt,I continued to fight
And,somehow I found my haldir that night
I raised his head,he gave me a look that said
“Hold me darling,just a little while”
I held him close, I kissed him our last kiss
I found a love that I knew I would miss
But now Haldir’s gone,even though I hold him tight
I lost the elf love of my life that night
