*Merry*: Ample parking everywhere, people shouting HOWDY NEIGHBOR!

Going on down to the Shire, gonna meet some friends ‘o’ mine!!!!!!!

*At the Shire school*

Teacher: Now children, in two weeks is our schools annual talent show! I encourage you to do this, because it promotes good self esteem and blah blah blah……blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah blah! blah blah…………………

Frodo: *thinking to self* How can one person be so boring?!

Merry: *thinking* Will she ever shut up?!

Sam: *thinking, while staring at Rosie* I sure hope she’ll marry me!!!!!!!

Pippin: *thinking* I wonder if a spitball would make her head from here…..

Teacher: Anyway, the four children I’d most like to see in the talent show is our own Meriadoc Brandybuck, Peregrin Took, Frodo Baggins, and Samwise Gamgee! Boys, what were you thinking of doing for the talent show? You must have something!

Frodo: Well, let me think, NO!

Teacher: Don’t backsass me! I’m your teacher you can’t do that!

Pippin: *to Merry quietly, with his spitball shooter ready* Watch this…….*holds it up and shoots a spitball right at the teacher’s head, sniggering*

Sam: *thinking to self, STILL staring at Rosie* Wow, she’s so pretty…………

Merry and Pippin: *sniggering*

Teacher: Who spit that at me?! *sees Merry and Pippin* It was you two, wasn’t it?! That is not appropriate behavior, mm’kay?!

*After school*
Frodo: Why does the teacher want US to do the stupid talent show?!!

Merry: I don’t know, but she’s making us do it, so we have to do SOMETHING… What do you think, Pip?

Pippin: *is looking around, and spots Diamond, sighing*

Merry: PIP!

Pippin: What? *snaps out of it and closes his mouth quickly*

Merry: *shaking his head at Pippin* You’re hopeless…

Sam: We could sing a song! How about the Oscar Mayer song?? *piano music starts playing* My bologna has a first name, it’s O-S-C-A-R, my-

Merry: No! No, I will not stoop to that level and sing that idiotic song…….

~*The night of the talent show*~
Merry: I can’t believe I stooped to this level, and I’m about to sing the Oscar Mayer song at a talent show in front of over a hundred people…..

~*the piano player starts playing as the boys walk out on to the stage*~

*All four of the boys clear their throats*
Sam: My bologna has a first name!

Merry: It’s O-S-C-A-R!

Frodo: My bologna has a second name!

Pippin: *really high* It’s M-A-Y-E-R!!!

Sam: I would eat it everyday, and if you ask me why I’ll saaaaaaay!

*All four* Because Oscar Mayer is the best, for B-O-L-O-G-N-A!!!!!!!!
