The Varda’s Vow© -C.J. Lynn

In the silence darkness calls us,
To its land of moon and stars.
Slowly begins to enchant us,
With the shadow; blackness pwer.

Oh, by the Varda! I am taken!
Lofty skies with blackened seas!
Beckon, how they beckon to me!
“Come and swim, the stars and thee.”

And so I go, to take the water.
Of the sky and whitened moon.
While the darkness stays about me,
So will I leave not now or soon.

I am there, inside my star,
That twinkles only then and now.
Content inside this light forever,
Call others to the Varda’s vow.
