Black wings spread
Red eyes glinting
My heart fills with dread
My feeble body wilting
My last breath gasped
My heart stops beating
Life flees my grasp
Talons grip my corpse
Through darkness soaring
A rancid stench fill the air
A fell wind roaring
Talons’ grip slackens
Falling through darkness unending
Falling, falling ever on
Going wherever life is sending
My broken body and my soul
