No, there can only be one account/username per e mail address.

Your friend/relation can easily get another e mail address by signing up for a free hotmail or yahoo account. Please remember that the e mail addess you list when you register will be the one used by the site to contact you so be sure to check it on occasion.

Please do not create two accounts for yourself persons with more than one account run the risk of having their accounts terminated without warning, and also being banned from the site. Please see the FAQ “Account Problems” or use the “Contact” feature if you have a problem with creating or using your account. Do not sign up additional accounts.
